This is a decadent take on Chocolate Hazelnut Spread.
My favorite *store* chocolate when I’m not making my own Raw Chocolate is Lindt. I love Lindt chocolate. So here it is this yummy decadent Chocolate Hazelnut Spread…
80 grams toasted hazelnuts skin off ( put in oven 180 degrees for around 10 minutes (do not burn then) Rub skins off with teatowel while still warm)
Mill for 15 secs speed 9
Add
60 raw sugar
Mill 10 secs speed 9
Scrape down
Mill for 10 more secs
Add 100g Lindt 70% strength
Grind on speed 9 for 5secs
Add 10g Cacao Pure Organic Cacao (not cocoa)
Add 100g Milk
Add 70 g Butter
ADD Secret Ingredient !!! – 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Heat 6minutes speed 3 Temp 50 degrees
Blend for 5 secs going from 1-9
Pour into jar
and EAT
PS don’t waste the left overs in the bowl….Add 250mls of milk
Blitz speed 9 for around 10 secs
Then heat on 60degrees for around 2 minutes at speed 3
Instant Hot ChocHazel Drink
