My Mums Pate Recipe in the Cuisine Companion

My Mums Pate Recipe

My beautiful mum died 16 years ago this August … She used to make this pate for Christmas and other family gatherings. It was loved by many. I have previously made it for the Thermomix and many of my followers have made it and also love it. ( That version is still on the website under the Thermomix Category )
I am sure if she was still alive she would love to use the Cuisine Companion to make this rather than a microwave !
Its quick and very easy to make.
I hope you love it as much as I and my family and friends do
