Risotto with Chicken Mushroom and Verjuice

Risotto is something I never really made before my Thermomix. I mean I could make it and I did make but I couldn’t be bothered making it ! It took so long and it had to be stirred and one false move and boom your Risotto was history !

The Thermomix makes light work of making Risotto thats for sure !

This fabulous Risotto uses Maggie Beers Verjuice which you can purchase in various stores around Australia OR on Maggies Website in her Online Store HERE and if you are a Food Club member (at the time of writing this blog entry) you will receive 20% off  – but hurry stocks are running low..

For MasterChef fans, we could only be referring to one thing; the Mystery Box Challenge, and it’s not justVerjuice that will be helping the contestants do their best, as one of the programmes most popular guests, Maggie makes her return to MasterChef Australia to play her part in this challenge too.”
