Rocky Barley Biscuits

95g Plain FLour
80g  Rolled Barley Flakes
55g Coconut Oil
80g Maple Syrup
40g Cashews  (Switch with dried fruit)
40g Choc Chips
1 Egg ( use chia / water gel as a egg replacement if you are allergic)

Preheat Oven 170/180degrees

Put everything in the bowl and mix on reverse for about 30 secs speed 1 until combined

Pop Spoonfuls onto the tray and bake in a preheated oven for around 15minutes. Allow to cool.
