2 soft very ripe bananas
Lemon Juice
150g raspberries frozen
500 g Greek style natural Yoghurt
180-200g SOFT Banana (about 2 Bananas)
Blitz banana on speed 8 for about 10 secs, scrape down half way through. Add one tablespoon of lemon juice and mix for a few secs on speed 3.
Scrape out and set aside
Add 100 g Rapadura Sugar
Blitz for about 8 secs on 8
Scrape sides down
Add 150g Raspberries Frozen
Blitz for about 10 secs on 8 until mushy
Add in Banana puree, add in 500 g Greek Style Yoghurt
Add in 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Mix on reverse 30 secs speed 3
Pour into moulds (try not to eat all the mix before doing this ) and freeze
