So Frose is the ” in ” drink this summer and there are many recipes out there Its light, refreshing and goes down a treat in the heat ☀- here’s my version ..
You can definitely do this in a high powered blender if you don’t have a Thermomix or Cuisine Companion.

Ingredients
300g Strawberries halved
20g sugar
50g Vodka
1 bottle of Rose I used ” Arrogant Frog Rose “
Method Thermomix
Freeze the Rose, I used a ice cube tray that had easy pop out silicone bottoms
Hull and halve the strawberries
Add the strawberries, sugar, vodka and frozen Rose to the Thermomix bowl
Blitz on speed 5 for around 25-30 secs
Pour into glasses and enjoy
Method Cuisine Companion

With the crushing blade in your Cuisine Companion bowl add the strawberries, sugar, vodka and frozen Rose
Blitz on speed 12 for around 25-30 secs
Pour into glasses and enjoy
