Not just gluten free but also dairy free

You will need the following ingredients for the
Gluten Free Banana & Macadamia Bread
- 4 medium bananas (the riper the better)
- 4 eggs
- 250 grams almond & chia seed spread (or any nut butter or spread will do)
- 4 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon gluten free baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- 3/4 cup macadamias
- Organic butter or coconut oil (total dairy free) for greasing
