Spaghetti In the Thermomix

 

This is how you cook your spaghetti in the Thermomix.

This is 300g of spaghetti enough to feed 4 – you can use up to 400g

The directions are easy 1.2l of water a tblsp of oil,  some salt and boil the water for around 8 minutes at 100 degrees on speed 1 – reverse

Then add the pasta through the hole and cook for around 10minutes 100degrees speed 1 on reverse

      The Basket is used to drain the Spaghetti
