Creamy Chicken Pie Soup

130g Leek
30 g Butter

Put in Bowl and blitz speed 5 for 3 secs then heat 100deg speed 1 for 3 mins

Add Flour 20g and Cook for 2mins

Add 250g Diced Chicken and cook for 2 minutes speed 1 at 100deg
add 200 zucchini roughly chopped
Add 40g chicken paste – recipe HERE
add 900 g water
add 100 g white wine

Cook for 15 mins 100 degrees on speed 1 using reverse

Add 80g cream
70 grams frozen corn
10 g parsley

Then cook for a further 7 mins speed 1 at 100 degrees on revrse
