As per above all recipes under the Cuisine Companion Category have been tested in the Tefal Cuisine Companion in my home on myself , family , friends and our dog ! and as above I am not a chef , a nutritionist, a health practitioner or a vet. I am not a Tefal employee.
I started using the Tefal Cuisine Companion in March 2016 and as per the disclaimer re the Thermomix , you should read your manual that comes with your Cuisine Companion from the Manufacturer which should be read fully in the operational use of your Cuisine Companion
Always check with the manufacturer if you are unsure about anything to do with your own appliance

I started using the Thermomix TM31 in 2012 and developed many recipes in it .
All recipes under the Thermomix Recipes Category have been tested in the Thermomix (TM31) in my home on myself and my family and friends and our dog !
Please do take into consideration your own families specific dietary needs.
Please note that your Thermomix comes with a Manual from the Manufacturer.
This should be read fully in the operational use of your Thermomix.
