Pretty Biscuits


Pretty and Yummy….Horse and Tiara were to use up the small bit left ….. .

Heat oven 150degrees

130g butter
100 g Coconut Sugar ( you could use rapadura – 80g)
1 Egg
30g Golden Syrup
30 g Rice Malt Syrup
360g Plain flour
1/2 tsp bicarb
1 and 1/2 tsp cream of tartar

Butter Sugar and egg into bowl and Speed 5 for 30 secs Scrape half way through

Add remaining ingredients for 20 Secs Speed 4, ensure smooth consistency or give another 10secs

Put in fridge for 30mins minimum. Roll between baking paper and cut out shapes

Cook in Slow oven 150degrees for about 15mins or until lightly golden. Cool on rack
